Preparing samples

The sample types accepted and volume required varies by the platform and testing requested, but serum and plasma and the most common. For many assays, the required volume ranges 50mL to 150mL. Contact client services for exact volumes, particularly if you require testing on multiple platforms.

For some platforms, we can also test cerebrospinal fluid, urine, tissue culture supernatants, bronchoalveolar lavage, synovial fluid, tissue extracts, tears, skin washings, etc.
