IQVIA Laboratories Opens New State-of-the-Art Facility in Valencia, CA

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.– IQVIA Laboratories, a leading global drug discovery and development laboratory, proudly announces the expansion and relocation of its Central Laboratory and Biorepository operations in Valencia, California into a new 134,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility. Relocating to this larger site has allowed laboratory and biorepository operations to be co-located in a single facility helping to streamline operations and increase efficiencies to meet the evolving needs of biopharmaceutical customers. The facility was designed and built using the latest California Title 24 green building code which includes comprehensive standards to combat climate change, reduce emissions and promote renewable energy sources in order to help IQVIA Laboratories meet our commitment to sustainability.

This purpose-built facility will house central laboratory and biorepository services that support drug discovery and development programs, including:

• Clinical Laboratory Services.
• Biomarker and Esoteric Testing Services.
• Anatomic Pathology Services.
• Dedicated Specimen Management and Biorepository Services.
