IQVIA Laboratories Protein Biomarkers performs testing on the Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) platform, designed for high-performance biomarker detection.

 

RBM offers the MSD V-PLEX® multiplexed assays, which complement RBM’s other immunoassay platforms. Customers can combine multiplex panels with ultrasensitive single-plex assays for broad biomarker discovery.

Key Features
  • Multiplexing efficiency: V-PLEX assays use MSD’s multi-spot plates, allowing simultaneous measurement of up to 10 analytes per well.
  • Preconfigured panels: Panels are grouped by biological relevance with validated performance specifications.
  • Reproducibility: V-PLEX is ideal for clinical-grade data generation and high throughput for large-scale studies. Quality parameters include assessing assay sensitivity, precision, specificity, recovery, linearity and repeatability across sample types.
  • In addition to standard specimen types, V-PLEX panels can also be tested using our proprietary TruCulture® tubes.
