Getting your detailed PK/PD data quicker and reducing your outsourcing challenges
Your Challenge
Method Establishment and Production Sourcing
Time is of the essence when it comes to getting your PK/PD data and having to outsource your internal standard production can be an added drain to time and budget.
Stable isotope-labeled protein level internal standards are preferable to peptide level stable isotope-labeled internal standards in immunoprecipitation methods with bottom-up workflows because they help normalize all steps in the extraction. Peptide level internal standards would be added after the extraction is completed and therefore do not normalize extraction steps. In our experience, protein level internal standards result in improved performance of the standards, controls, and less risk of outlier sample results when extraction steps are normalized.
Your Solution
An expert partner who has a protein level stable label protein internal standard that’s ready to go!
Q2 Solutions has demonstrated success in producing and utilizing advantageous quality stable isotope-labeled protein level internal standards used in a bioanalytical method. There is no need to outsource another partner as our flexible and responsive team take care of your production needs.
These figures show standard curve and quality control statistics from utilization of an in-house prepared stable-isotope labeled protein level internal standard in a multi-day fifty step extraction method that utilizes an immunoprecipitation in a bottom-up workflow for quantitation of a protein.
