H1N1, a highly pathogenic avian influenza subtype, has caused severe poultry outbreaks and sporadic human transmission with mortality rates over 50%. As the virus evolves, the need for effective preparedness becomes urgent. Immunological tools play a central role, offering insights into disease mechanisms, advancing vaccines, enhancing diagnostics, and guiding therapeutics. This poster highlights key innovations to build a comprehensive toolbox for H5N1 pandemic preparedness.
