Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) Platform
V-PLEX assays for chemokines, cytokines and inflammatory biomarkers
The MSD V‑PLEX® platform provides highly sensitive, wide‑range multiplex biomarker testing using electrochemiluminescence technology, enabling up to 10 analytes to be measured in a single well. It includes Chemokine, Cytokine, and Proinflammatory panels, all built with validated, biologically grouped markers and strong reproducibility suitable for large‑scale research. The system supports standard samples and TruCulture® tubes, with modest serum/plasma volume requirements, and offers detailed performance metrics for each analyte.
